Bootcamp
Join the latest craze in getting fit at one of our bootcamp classes. These classes are for all fitness levels and offer top-notch instruction to work every muscle of your body, making you strong and fit. This one hour class, three times a week at various locations and times, will make you burn fat and lose inches as your metabolism increases. It is a results-driven class where you make friends, laugh and lose weight.
Lifestyle
LivingFit Chicago works personally with each member to achieve their fitness goals. By providing nutritional support, menus, healthy eating suggestions, and grocery store shopping tips, members will learn what to feed their body to make it work best for them. Other encouragement comes from challenges and contests, making sure the program stays fresh and fun, while keeping each member accountable and on track to achieving their individual success.
